Meet Bliss the new member of the family.

We are nearing the end of the year, and I wanted to conclude the year on a positive note. This year was not the easiest, as I struggled with various health concerns and lost my dearest four-legged buddy, Lucca.

That last aspect has been extremely difficult for me. I always worked closely with him in my profession, and he had a particular place in my heart. As the days passed, I became increasingly unwell, reaching a peak temperature of 39.5 degrees Celsius for two days.

I just fell unwell as a result of my intense grief at the loss of my closest buddy. After several weeks, I decided to look for an alternative that would aid me in my everyday work as well as my great connection with animals.

Dogs are a part of my life, and I would never replace a lost dog with a new one. Every day, I think about him. However, the dog provides life to the house and our family, which we enjoy. However, the fit between the dog and the family must be precise.

In quest of the ideal mate:

We went online to learn about different breeds and how they behaved. As you may have guessed, I didn’t want to replace it with another Golden Retriever like Lucca. I know they are fantastic, but it is just too hard for me and my family.

For many years, I was fascinated with Border Collies because I feel they are extremely brilliant and sensitive with people. Nevertheless, I did not want a huge dog. I wanted to go with a medium size. It is just more convenient to go with and work with me in the practice.

A town nearby had some 8-week-old Beagle puppies. We made contact with them and went to see them. The lady advised me against getting a beagle since they are really stubborn.
She had an autistic kid who improved significantly with the assistance of Australian shepherds just two years ago. She described it as a medium-sized, sensitive dog. She informed me that the son’s dog had given birth to six puppies, which we could meet with the mother. The first image of the entire puppy family.

When we met the puppies, our hearts were stolen. A female pup had a distinct personality. Second from the left in the photograph.

We called it a go after discussing everything with a good buddy who is a well-known dog trainer. He considered it to be an excellent suggestion, and the breed was a really family-oriented dog. He said they were eager to learn and constantly wanted to satisfy people. This was the ideal sign for us to greet the new addition of our family.

Meet Bliss:

Born on 19-09-2022 at Lommel – Belgium:

The meaning of Bliss:     perfect happiness; great joy.   “she gave a sigh of bliss”

She made everyone happy from the moment she stepped into the house. She began working in my practice at the age of 13 weeks and everyone admires her appearance.
It is an incredible match that brings joy to the entire family. Certainly, there are some wet places on the floor, but everyone must learn.

I consider it a small miracle that she has crossed our path in life, and I sincerely hope she will be with us for a long time.
