My body was not having a good morning. Last night, I almost didn’t get any sleep. It was really chilly, and I had forgotten to bring my Thermo blanket, which kept the cold ground from entering my body.

I changed my clothes every 30 minutes, but it didn’t help because my sleeping bag was freezing…
However, we learned on this adventure that it may be bitterly chilly even in April, so bring your thermal blanket even if the sun is shining.

Learning experience.

With the tent temperature at -2 degrees and wide awake at 5.30 a.m., I was more than ready to photograph the rising sun. A stunning vista emerged from the frozen grasslands.

I was drawn to my bike by a beautiful frozen momentum to make my way home. A 200-kilometer bicycle ride with a frozen foot. However, as a true biker, you don’t care and ride your motorcycle on the asphalt, enjoying the freedom it provides.

I traveled around 900 kilometers. I could see the sun and the rain, sand and frozen grass, tarmac, and gravel. What more could I ask for? It repaid me with the scenery and experience it provided.

It simply makes me pleased to be alive and to be able to enjoy times like this. Thank you, Harley-Davidson, for creating the perfect engine for me and making me feel like I was one with it!

Thank you
