Delivering the finest quality for you!

In my recent blog posts, I discussed my journey to elevate my photography to the next level. I have been eagerly exploring and integrating the renowned Hasselblad 500 series with my new Hasselblad 907X. Amidst my rigorous work schedule, which often extends from 8 AM to midnight, and consecutive weekends marked by relentless rain showers, I have encountered challenges in dedicating time to thoroughly test new materials. The delicate nature of these materials makes it impractical to conduct testing in such damp conditions. I eagerly anticipate more favourable weather to carry out these tests effectively and ensure the safety of my gear.

Moreover, I have long aspired to oversee the entire photographic process – from capturing images to delivering the final product to my clients. After deliberate contemplation over many months, I took a significant step forward by investing in my very own Canon Pro 1000 – A2 printer. This acquisition allows me to achieve complete autonomy over the quality and presentation of my work, further enhancing my dedication to delivering exceptional photography to my clients.

The professional printer range reproduces your images with exceptional quality using the LUCIA PRO 12-ink system. This advanced system offers a broad colour gamut, more detail, and a wide dynamic range, making it perfect for achieving impressive results. From 4×6” prints to A2 and even banner size (1.2m), the printer ensures that all the subtleties of your images are captured. Apart from the Canon printer, the choice of printer paper is crucial in this process. After thorough research, I found museum-quality paper from Canson through my supplier Grobet in Antwerp. Canson Infinity, known for its Digital Fine Art & Photo range, offers Museum Quality Fine Art & Photo Inkjet Papers and Canvas.

Canson Infinity Edition Etching Rag stands out as a 100% cotton Fine Art paper with a smooth texture, providing deep blacks, excellent image sharpness, and optimum colour graduation. It boasts the purest white tone available on the market, free from any Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs), ensuring high paper shade stability and resistance to ageing over time. Its unique slight grain makes it an ideal choice for detailed work, colour photographs, and exceptional black-and-white portraits.

“I must admit, I love this process. Witnessing the images on your Eizo screen, which you have captured and adjusted with colour profiles on your Mac, is an incredibly satisfying experience. The ability to print these images and hold in your hands exactly what you saw on the screen, with extraordinary depth of field and stunning details, is truly remarkable. Currently, the art shop has transformed its offerings, featuring photo art in various sizes and with new, notably attractive pricing, all while maintaining the highest museum quality. The first art prints have been delivered to the city of Lier. A charming coffee shop and wine bar now proudly display three large photographic art prints, waiting to be discovered by you. Find it at Previno in the city of Lier, Belgium.

We are dedicated to continually elevating our creative endeavours to achieve the highest standard and to bring joy to our audience. If you’re seeking something special for your home or office, don’t hesitate to explore our art shop.”
