It was time for me to continue my road trip adventures. I’ve been missing it tremendously, and learning new things in this lovely world has become an addiction for me. My motorcycle has been prepared for travel. The side bags had been mounted, and Harley Davidson Fraussen had tuned the bike to provide the best riding experience possible.

I had intended to ride for three days to the north of the Netherlands. I wanted to see the North Sea in the evening light and drive through the lovely tulip fields during the day. My voyage began in my hometown of Mol and ended at the Dutch border. The border crossing would be 60 kilometers away in the direction of Wuustwezel from my place. I’d be leaving Antwerp’s harbor and traveling into the Schelde River’s side land. The first photos are taken inside the area.

The last three photos were taken in Westerschelde. The Scheldestretching estuary, which stretches 60 kilometers from the Belgian border to the North Sea, is included in Westerschelde & Saeftinghe. One of Europe’s largest and most preserved examples of Atlantic salt marshes can be seen at the Site.

In these waters, kitesurfing is also popular. I was not far from Yerseke, which was one of my road trip’s stops. In a few weeks, Yerseke’s entire gallery will be available. They’re famous for their oysters and lobsters, and I enjoyed a good sampling there years ago, but not today. I had a long way to go before reaching my first sleeping spot.

Driving through the landscape around Ouddorp was breathtaking. The wind was blowing, and after some heavy rain, while riding my bike, I was compelled to put on rain gear.

The Westhoofd is depicted in the first image. It’s a lighthouse on the Groenedijk dunes in Ouddorp in the Dutch province of South Holland.

I needed to cross the Maas to get to my first overnight stop. As depicted in the photo, it was a boat, not a road bike, that helped me cross the river. The Hoek Van Holland would be my first port of call. I made a reservation for a campsite near the North Sea.

My trek was 288 kilometers long, including a river crossing. The scenic sights from the countryside made the rain showers on my journey less unpleasant.

Despite this, all I was concerned with was taking the photo and capturing the sunset over the North Sea.

The sky was still shrouded in dark rain clouds, so it didn’t appear to be the best day for a spectacular sunset. However, there is always the possibility when there is hope.
These are the first images I took on the beach.

After tidying out my tent and preparing my sleeping space, I felt it was necessary to return to the beach because my gut told me I needed to be there. So I returned to see these incredible vistas.

I was ecstatic to have these photos taken since I felt lucky and surrounded by natural beauty. It could have been a rainy evening, but I made it to the end of my first 288km.

Never lose faith in your dreams; they can come true!

I returned to my tent and fell asleep with a satisfied smile.
